Life chugs along
Today we were blessed with a visit from Paigee's friend Pia. The two girls played for hours. Having visits like this is medicine for the soul. The sounds of their voices are like birds singing in our garden. The images that haunt me went away. Of course Xanax played a role in that recovery too, thank you God for Pharmaceutical Companies.
Later Today
After Pia left around 3PM, Paigee had a serious melt down. She asked for Tylenol. At 4:30PM she said her head still hurt, our next stage for fighting pain is endocin. After that we go to morphine. Rosie's sister was a Pediatric ICU nurse early in her life. She thinks the tumor is forcing fluid out of Paigee's skull and that is why her face was so puffy this morning.
