Hospice

Sharon from Comfort for Kids visited today. Paigee's heart rate is up, due to the trouble she's having keeping her body going. Sharon has advised us that it cannot be more than 2 more days given that Paigee has not urinated in so many days. Her Pulseox is still very high ( 97 ), meaning she is still getting adequate oxygen.

Paige is so, so lucky to have her Mom and Dad there to
worry over her, touch and kiss her, give her love, and make sure she is comfortable and pain-free.
It's a terrible burden to take over the pain in these final days so that your precious child doesn't feel it any longer, but it's one thing you can give her, after your love.
I know Paige feels your love and care.
If anyone could have a fraction of the love that your family has, there would be more than enough for a million lifetimes.
