It's all new

Paige seems to have forgotten her childhood pre cancer. Hotels,
planes and travel all seem new to her. Our flight was early enough
today that we decided to stay overnight at a hotel near the airport
so getting there in the wee hours of the monring wouldn't be sooooo
hard; Paige isn't a morning person.

Waking up wasn't so hard after all when it means heading off to see
Samantha.

We got to the airport early enough that we could explore the larger
terminals; watching airplanes land and takeoff, running as fast as
she could go on the moving walkways. So much to do ...

Our flight to Dulles was very smooth. Taking off was like a roller
coaster Paige said. Exploring continued at Dulles, so many news
things to see and do.

The flight from Dulles to Raleigh NC was just as fun. We had an
issue with seating assingments but managed to persuade a man it
would be better to take the single seat next to the window and let
Paige and I have the two others on the opposite side of the aisle.
Afterall, my shoulders didn't look that fun to bump into during
the duration of the flight.

What a day. Finally in Raleigh. Aunt Liz it is so nice to see you.
Paige is anxious to leave Rosie and I and head to Wilson to spend
the night away from her Parents.
