Oh my

Is it Wednesday already ! Things are going
well. Paige's fever broke yesterday and we
are just waiting for her blood counts to go
back high enough to be released. There was
a code BLUE on the Ward today. My sleuthing
has not uncovered what happened yet.d I did
overhear Nurses at the door to the room talking
about having been in Hospice care. More than
likely a Cancer Patient that has been in
Hospice care and is nearing the end of their
little life. When I was falling asleep last
night I had this sense that I knew what that
would feel like for that childs parent. And
then fear set in and the feeling went away;
thank God.

Invetigating moving treatment to UCSF Walnut
Creek facility. They don't move Patients to
County Hospitals. Losing a child to something
you can prevent doesn't seem like what our
future holds.
