My selfish trick

Finding it difficult to get time on the calendar
of one busy girl, I stooped to trickery.

A couple weeks back Rosie and I agreed that I
would handle getting to bed at night; Central
Line flushes, medications, brushing teeth, jammies.
My plan was to let Rosie off early and Paigee and
I would pretend to get ready for bed while Rosie
pretended to be in bed.

My plan allowed me about 1 1/2 hours with Paigee
all to myself each night. I have to admit I got
to see, "The Proud Family" movie 2 more times than
I would have liked. On the other hand we read 2 to
3 chapters at Story time vs. the usual 1. Ah, I did
let her stay up later than I should of, but it's still
Summer. I'm going to have a very hard time this Sunday
night.
