The journey home

Although they let Paige come home today she still is fighting two
blood infections. Rosie is a bit out of it and went to bed so I
couldn't get more info about the infections....tomorrow. Home but
not without some hitches. Every 8 hours she has a 2 hour antibiotic
infusion through the IV/Central Line, and a second via the Gastric
(G TUBE) Tube. Two medications to fight the different infections.
Most unfortunate is one has to be adminstered via the Gastric tube.
Since the mishap when the G Tube popped out Paige is very nervous/scared
about the possibility it may happen again.
